This is an elegant older Western Australian wooden churinga. The pattern is a meandering convoluted line inside a field of fine parallel lines. The reverse is mostly undecorated save for a nice cross motif. The churinga dates to the early 20th century and is 18 3/4" (47.8 cm) in height. sold
