Oceanic Art - Enlargement

This shield comes from the Western Desert area of Australia. It is a classic wunda parrying shield with the parallel zigzag motif with red and white ochre. The handle on the reverse shows good age and patina. The shield is hardwood, 25" in height, comes mounted on a custom display stand (yet to be made). sold
