This beautiful feather headdress comes from the people who live in the Eastern Highlands right at the border with Morobe and Gulf Provinces. Here these are worn by men and are called "evarula." Notice the yellow orchid fiber woven into the circular portion and the fluffy cuscus tail jutting up from the top center. Overall the piece is 22" in height. sold
