My good friend and colleague David Rosenthal always accuses me of not being a real Oceanic art dealer because it seems all I deal in is New Guinea art. Well, to prove him wrong I submit these two Fijian throwing clubs. The left example is a classic "ula tavatava" and comes from the collection of Reg MacDonald and is 17" in height. The right one is a ball-headed "ula drisia" type, 15" in height, with a wonderful glossy patina from the Fortess Collection of Hawaii. sold
