This is a nice older Eastern Abelam wood yam mask with strong colors-both traditional and western pigments. The mask has a pleasing expression, has a pierced nasal septum and holes around the edge where a woven headdress would have been attached. The piece shows good age, dates to around 1930/40, is 9 ½" in height. sold
