This unusual piece is probably a fragment from either a bioma or a gope board from the Era River region of the Papuan Gulf. The piece is carved from a medium to lighter wood and has a nice, deep and clear-cut design with good signs of age. The fragment is 26 ½" in height and sells for $2900.Questions?
