Most "wafu" nassa shell currencies from the Torricelli Mountains are diamond or leaf shaped. This is the only one I have encountered with a forked-top. I have published this wafu in my latest catalog "The Art of West Sepik" on pages 42/43. It is 13" in height, dates to the early 20th century and sells for $900. Questions?
