This tall and elegant drum comes from the remote Nomad area in Papua New Guinea's Western Province. Nomad was one of the last areas contacted by the West in New Guinea. It is between the headwaters of the Fly River and the Southern Highlands. This drum has good age, elegant form and nice remains of traditional pigments.
