Oceanic Art - Image Enlargement

This figure is obviously off the end of a very large Massim lime spatula. The piece was collected prior to 1944 by the American soldier Carl Pearson during his WWII tour of the Pacific. Harry Beran states that this piece is from the school of the "Master of the Prominent Eyes." The figure has a nice, glossy surface, is 5 ¾" tall (the entire piece is 9" in height) and sells for $3500. Questions?
