You can probably notice that the top section of this old yam mask has been replaced at some point in the past by some enterprising Abelam man. The original mask and its later addition still have a nice expression with a lopsided smile. The reverse shows a very tight construction and a good aged patina. The mask is 16" in height and sells for $1200. Questions?
