This is a classic bioma figure from the Papuan Gulf. It was collected by George Craig in the mid 1960s and dates to a couple decades prior to that. The piece has strong orange pigments and an aged reverse. And like most of these figures it is carved from a medium to light density wood. The figure is 34 ¾" in height. sold
